People search "best cheap cigars" and "best cigars under $10" and mean the same thing, so this is one page. If you want a harder cap, the catalog takes it directly:

What the price means

It is the average we hold across retailers for a single cigar, not a box price and not a live quote. Cigar prices move with stock, and box quantities change the per-cigar figure substantially. Check the shop before you rely on it.

A cigar with no price on record cannot appear here at all. That is a real gap: a large part of the catalog is discontinued or out of stock everywhere, and no retailer quotes it.

Where the cheap end gets its value

One pattern shows up repeatedly in this list: small sizes of good blends. A petit corona of a well-regarded line often costs half what its toro does, because you are buying less tobacco, not worse tobacco.
